Booking Policy
Clients will receive a confirmation email or text once booking has been made. Please provide working contact information to get updates and reminders of your booking. All bookings made through Treatwell will be prepaid, if the appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour notice period the payment will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund.
As a result of a "no show", the fee of £10 will be added to your next appointment and is to be paid before your appointment to confirm booking. A 15 minute grace will be given if you are running late, anything over that you will need to reschedule. 



In the light of the recent Covid-19 outbreak which resulted in a lock-down, I have completed different courses on how to move forward with providing treatments for the public. 

Most treatments require close contact so with that I will require clients when visiting to:

Be honest with any fever or flu like symptoms they have and please reschedule - if you give notice within 24 hours your deposit will be held until you reschedule. No notice means no refund.

Please wear a clean mask throughout the treatment. (Massage treatments will differ)

Please use hand sanitizer available or bring your own

I will be cleaning and sanitizing my equipment before and after each client as well as using fresh masks and gloves to ensure our safety is at the forefront.
